Emergency Maintenance Calls: 614-370-7427
To be used for after hours or weekend maintenance emergencies only. During normal business hours, please call the office.
Common area emergencies would be the responsibility of the HOA, please do not hesitate to call if you see issues afterhours.
All homeowner maintenance items are at the expense of the individual homeowner.  You may use any vendor you want for any maintenance related issues you are having with your home. SBS is also available if needed. Any time, labor, materials involved will be billed to you separately through SBS Management, not through the HOA. Quotes are available for nonemergency maintenance.
